Customer Service and Home Improvements Liaison Manager

I would like to take a few minutes and introduce introduce my self.   My name is Marilyn Scott I have held my position with Pro-Fix coming up to 2 years.

Prior to this time I worked for a previous competitor within the same Industry for eight years, alongside our current Senior Installations Manager – Alan Robson.

During this time I gained a wealth of experience regarding the manufacture and installation of a wide range of home improvement products for  New Build/Commercial and Domestic properties.

My role continues,  and consists of running a very busy customer care department, dealing directly with the general public together with homeowners Project Managers and Site Managers on a daily basis, making sure that all issues and queries are rectified within a quick and efficient time scale. 

I totally enjoy face to face contact with my customers as well as chatting over the telephone.   I am passionate that I give the ultimate Customer Service, ensuring a friendly professional approach and totally respecting the right to customer confidentiality and privacy at all times. 

 



Senior Installations Manager

Hi am Alan Robson and I have been working with Pro-fix for nearly 2 years.

Prior to this time I worked for another 2 companies both in the home improvement sector gaining over 20 years experience within the industries. Most recently alongside our Customer Service and Home Improvement Liaison Manager – Marilyn Scott.

My career started as an installer of all aspects of home improvement products ranging from roofline fascias soffits gutters, windows timber aluminium & upvc and conservatories

My expertise and success moved me to the Management level of my career. My management skills involved the running of an extremely busy office, including training and supervising several fitting teams. Being directly responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety. Also, liaising closely with all Domestic/ Newbuild and Commercial customers. Setting out and ensuring high standards are constantly met.

My current role continues and I have found a significant increase in the amount of interest in the Domestic and commercial market.   This does lead me away from the office, where I personally get to meet our customers, discuss their requests, and give them first hand prompt advice to help meet their requirements.   Customer Care is paramount to me in all aspects of my job.
