The Achievement of GQA’s 15000th NVQ Links to Pro-Fix Installations Quality Initiative

GQA’s 15000th NVQ has been awarded to Jeffrey Hodgson of Pro-Fix Installations (North East) Limited. The company is an approved installer for ‘SpeedFrame’ windows and doors in the North East of England. Richard Hawley, the Managing Director, insists that his Installers all hold the GQA Level 2 NVQ in Fenestration Installation and the CSCS card as proof of their competence. The company chose to work with GQA Approved Centre John Howard Assessments Ltd to help implement the NVQs. Richard is very pro-active in Health and Safety issues on site and all of his men carry a portfolio in their vans which includes amongst other things, their NVQ certificate and CSCS card. As a result Pro-Fix Installations Installers are able to satisfy the increasingly stringent Major Contractors Group (MCG) requirements to work on their national projects.
