uPVC Doors

Our composite door are quite simply the future, offering distinctive aesthetics, strength & security combined with the latest advances in thermal efficiency.

The door has an inner and outer PVC-u skin that is vacuum formed into a traditional style with a wood grain appearance. The sheets are bonded around an inner PVCu steel reinforced sub-frame, then injected with a high density foam that when cured forms to an advanced level of structural stability. The slab is then fixed with flag hinges into a reinforced low maintenance PVCu profile.

The doors can be solid panels or they can incorporate glass, with over 100 styles available (here is just a selection). The revolutionary TPS double glazed units are Argon gas filled with low-E glass of which the inner pane is obscure

The composite door gearing consists of a main central lock and keep with upper and lower looks and keeps to provide a high security locking system.

For that extra peace of mind, to compliment our superior quality locking system the perfect addition to a composite door is either a high quality brass security chain or security bar. When laminated glass is used on the outer pane the doors achieve Secured by Design Status.
